1) Superb Staff - Prashanth helped me with changing the room I was assigned upon my arrival to the higher floor as per my request. Voluntarily. 2) Breakfast room staff - Chef Purushu is such a wonderful and talented egg chef. I enjoyed everyday his egg dishes. The best in the world!/ Shermi in the serving team always smiles and takes initiative to greet and approach to help. Elias taught me how to make Expresso coffee with patience and hospitality./ housekeeping team is always there to help, Room was kept clean/ Valet parking and Yassin was helpful in getting my car - all the staff in the valet was excellent! I enjoyed every minute of it. 3) Room service and food was good. All the staff was well trained and hospitable. I like them all.

Hospitality is Amazing the Room is clean cozy and the view of canal stunning.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Movenpick JLT! From the moment I arrived, the staff name Raju made me feel welcome and ensured every aspect of my stay was perfect. The hotel itself is beautiful, My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering stunning lakes view. The facilities are top-notch, especially the pool area, which is perfect for relaxation. The dining options were excellent as well, with a variety of delicious meals and a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. I highly recommend this Hotel. I will definitely be returning!

We had a great 5nights with this hotel. Room is very clean and spacious (we got a nice room . I would like to mention 3 staff who gave a remarkable services: Manager Mohamed salah at (reception) who assisted us amazingly with our specific requests and made our stay perfect. Zipporah (reception) who was very hospitable and friendly guiding us in beach access and transfer. And Yamin (housekeeping) who is very attentive, patient and prompt with our requests. Even the engineering and bellboys gave exceptional services. And so we will definitely come back
